Religious Education for Children
Our parish offers sacramental prep for First Communion & Confirmation in accordance with the Restored Order of the Archdiocese of Denver. We also provide Religious Education for children in Preschool through High School. Our Religious Education program serves as an aid to parents to keep the promise that they made to God on the day of their child’s Baptism.

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is the process in which one who, after hearing about the mystery of Christ proclaimed, freely chooses to follow him by entering a life of faith in the Catholic Church. RCIA is the process, established for the universal Church, for individuals to become Catholic and receive the sacraments of initiation – Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist. This initiation process also involves a parish community experiencing a renewal in faith as it prepares and welcomes new members into the Church.

Sacramental Preparation
To prepare to receive the sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist for the first time, a child must be enrolled and participate in the Religious Education program for at least 1 year prior to their 1st Communion year, receive their First Reconciliation (2nd grade), and attend all classes.
